Charlie Sheen is about to experience a baby mama without the drama...for now.

E! News has confirmed that the Two and a Half Men star is expecting his first child with wife of three months Brooke Mueller.

"Brooke and I are thrilled!" the Emmy nominee said in a statement. "She's the best stepmom Sam, Lola and Cassandra could ever hope for.

"Seeing her love and affection with those three, I know she'll be an amazing mom. Unless I bat 100 percent, perhaps a boy awaits us."

It will be the first child for real-estate agent Mueller and the fourth child for Sheen, who, as has been well documented in Los Angeles Superior Court, already has two daughters with ex-wife Denise Richards, as well as an adult daughter from a previous relationship.

Melanie Chisholm has tapped her girl power, finally confirming reports that she has a little Spice in the oven with an assist from partner Thomas Starr.

"Some happy news! Well, I can now announce that Tom and I are expecting a baby and we are very happy," she announced today on her website.

The erstwhile Sporty Spice will become the last of the Spice Girls to procreate. For those counting at home, Victoria Beckham (three), Melanie Brown (two), Geri Halliwell (one) and Emma Bunton (one) have seven tykes among them.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale welcomed their second little prince today, E! News has confirmed.

Son Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale was born Thursday at Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, joining 2-year-old brother Kingston in the musically inclined couple's burgeoning brood.

The family's newest addition arrived at 12:46 p.m., weighing 8.5 pounds.

"Mother, baby and family are all happy and healthy," a rep for the couple said in a statement.

Angie Harmon has seen the error of her privacy-seeking ways.

The Women's Murder Club star and her hubby, Jason Sehorn, have confirmed that they are indeed expecting their third child together, two weeks after denying reports of an impending arrival.

"Angie Harmon and Jason Sehorn are thrilled to announce that they are expecting their third child," the actress' rep said in a statement to Us Weekly. "The couple originally denied reports that they were pregnant in an attempt to take back the right to release the joyous news themselves."

Hot on the heels of news that his friend and costar Diego Luna became a father this week, Mexican actor Gael García Bernal has confirmed that he will be un papá también.

The 29-year-old actor, who counts Y Tu Mamá También, Babel and The Motorcycle Diaries among his international credits, confirmed Wednesday that he and his Argentine actress girlfriend are expecting their first child together.

"This statement is to say that, after so much speculation and comments, the actors Dolores Fonzi and Gael García Bernal are indeed expecting a baby at the start of next year," Bernal said in a statement released through Canana Films, the production company he started with Luna.

When pop star Gwen Stefani arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles earlier today, she definitely looked ready to pop. But according to E! News exclusive sources on the scene, it was simply a routine checkup.

“She went there this morning for around 30 minutes and then returned home,” says our eyewitness. “She’s back home now.”

But even with the baby’s birth imminent, Stefani was stylishly dressed, wearing a black-wrap cardigan, sunglasses and a long patterned skirt.

And good taste isn't the only constant in Gwen's birthing regimen: She gave birth to her and Gavin Rossdale's first child, Kingston, at Cedars-Sinai on May 30, 2006.

The rock 'n' roll progeny's rep has confirmed that she's expecting twins with hubby Michael Lockwood. This will be their first children together.

"It's a shock, because you think, 'Twins, oh my gosh, what are we going to do with them?' " mom Priscilla Presley told Entertainment Tonight last week. "I even told her, 'If you don't want twins, I will take one and make life easier for you!"

The actor who played Jennifer Garner's dad on Alias tells E! News that his words were taken out of context when UsMagazine.com quoted him responding, "Yes, she is," to the question of whether Garner was expecting child No. 2 with hubby Ben Affleck.

"I haven't confirmed that at all, no," Garber said tonight at an ABC event. "I know they want to have another child and hopefully that's true, but I don't know that."

"No, I know that they are hoping to be," the Eli Stone star added. "I just don't know that it's for sure. It's a very...personal thing."

None of which means, however, that Garner isn't pregnant.
