Christie Brinkley has been through a lot—and she still has a lot to go through—but she hasn't lost her ability to empathize.

"I'd just like to say after two days of testimony that I can't help but think about Diana Bianchi, and I want her and her family to know that I feel really badly for them," the jilted former supermodel said after court Thursday, referring to the woman who was a teenager when she had an affair with Brinkley's soon-to-be ex-husband, Peter Cook.

"I feel bad for her and I forgive her completely."

Brinkley testified earlier today that she learned about the affair from Bianchi's policeman stepfather.

"Today was really difficult reliving all the horrors" of that time, she told reporters outside the courthouse.

Testimony is scheduled to resume Monday.

Dealing with the fallout of her husband's betrayal didn't feel like a death to just Christie Brinkley, it felt like one to her friends, too.

The erstwhile cover girl took the stand during the second day of testimony in her public divorce trial from philandering architect Peter Cook Thursday, testifying as to her confrontation with Cook and subsequent reaction after learning of his affair with an 18-year-old staffer.

"I just said to Peter, 'How could you?' " she said on the stand, making her testimony all the more poignant by choosing that moment to look at Cook head-on for the first time in the two-day trial.

A former security guard has sued the Jackass daredevil and his muscle, Reggie Pace, for assault and battery, claiming Pace punched him when he refused to let their entourage into a West Hollywood boutique last summer.

"It's all about getting justice," Joseph Barrett, attorney for the plaintiff, Roland Cano, said in a statement Thursday. "Steve-O may believe he is someone special who can make his own rules, but he will learn that the same rules apply to him. He can't hide behind his friend in this fight."

Jessica Gibson, the one-time nanny who is suing—and is being sued by—Rob Lowe and his wife has denied every allegation of questionable behavior leveled at her in a sheaf of declarations the actor's camp filed last week.

First off, Gibson denies the statement made by her "estranged half-sister," who used to be the Lowes' estate manager, that Gibson was required to sign a confidentiality agreement when she came to work for the family.

"I do not think that I ever signed a confidentiality agreement…I do not remember being asked to sign one," Gibson stated in her own declaration, which was filed Wednesday and obtained by TMZ.com.

Wesley Snipes is free to go...overseas to work on some films, that is.

A federal judge signed off Wednesday on the actor's request to be able to travel for work while he waits out the appeals process pertaining to his conviction on tax-evasion charges.

According to Senior U.S. District Judge William Terrell Hodges' ruling, Snipes is allowed to go to London this month to complete postproduction on the horror film Gallowwalker and then to Bangkok in September to film the action flick Chasing the Dragon.

Chief among the revelations from the 49-year-old architect's testimony was the admission that after sleeping with his then-18-year-old employee Diana Bianchi for the first time—in his office, no less—he paid her $300,000 in hopes she would keep their affair under wraps.
